Lack of spa facilities but exceptional food diversity and stunning natural surroundings

beautiful gardens, amazing buffet, missing spa.

the 'spa' was absolutely unclean and the hot tub was broken, which was such a letdown. i expected to receive a room upgrade for such inconveniences but sadly, that didn’t happen. additionally, the bed was hard and the mattress appeared dirty— such a shame, really. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room's size and layout provided ample space for a family, making it comfortable. The presence of a two-bedroom suite allowed us to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped.

The check-in process was a hassle, taking around 30 minutes due to the vast hotel grounds. I had to wander to find someone to assist, and the reception area was closed during the night, requiring me to seek out help. the presence of threshold covers throughout the hotel posed a tripping hazard and was concerning for safety. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the room was offensive, and there was a lack of proper ventilation due to inadequate air conditioning. the hot water was unavailable from 3 to 6:30 AM, which was quite unpleasant for a family unit.

Recommend it for families, if you like chaos

So, we got a bit of chaos with the towels and blankets, and it took hours to get them. But once we finally got to the pool, my son had a little accident, cut his foot. Just fantastic.

It wasn't exactly cheap to stay there, but it was still somewhat okay.

The room was enormous, with a big bed and a cozy carpeted floor. Breakfast had a solid selection, and the self-service style made it easy to grab good coffee. And the hall had a lovely little pond—such a tranquil spot.

Had an amazing time with friends! The aqua park was super fun, and we enjoyed basketball and volleyball on-site. We also took a day to explore nearby hunting and horse riding. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit isolated, making it tough to get to the city center without a car.

The water park was a blast for my two boys! They loved the various slides and pools, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The spacious room made it easy to unwind while enjoying on-site activities like basketball and volleyball with the family.

My wife says that the air conditioning needed improvement for families with children.

the resort is super chill, huge pool that i basically had to myself, and the people working there were nice and helpful. it’s got a beautiful park and a charming restaurant right in the middle. plus, they allow dogs, so u might meet some cute ones around! the kids seem to enjoy the attractions and slides, which are plenty, making it a great family spot.

the area around the hotel is kinda boring with nothing much to do, and it takes a while to reach belgrade city center. the wi-fi was spotty, and we heard everything from the next room.

Had an awesome time chilling by the huge pool and enjoying the beautiful garden area—it felt like my own private getaway! The aqua park was a blast for the kids, and they loved the fun slides too. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from nearby activities, but it didn’t ruin the vibe at all. 🌞

the park of the resort is beautiful and relaxing. the hotel area is clean and spacious but the surrounding area is not exciting.
